These Terms tell you who we are, how we provide Products to you, how you or we may end your subscription and our agreement, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Scently collects and processes personal data in connection with operating the Site. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the Site. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site or order Products.

Products and Product Information

We strive for accuracy, but Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information may contain errors or be limited in quantity. Products are for personal use or personal gifting only and may not be resold.

Delivery of Products

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you upon delivery.

Permitted Site Users

The Site is for personal use by individuals over 13 years old residing in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Purchases are limited to users 18 years or older.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.

Promotions may be offered for limited times and are subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Orders

Products are shipped only within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Billing, cancellation, add-on subscriptions, gift subscriptions, and renewal terms operate exactly as disclosed during checkout and in these Terms.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account or by contacting Customer Support at support@scently.cc.

Returns, Replacements, and Credits

• Subscription items are non-refundable except for damaged or defective items.

• Certain à la carte purchases may be returned for store credit within 15 days.

• Damaged items must be reported within 30 days.

Product Quality

All Products are genuine. Scently is not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brand unless explicitly stated.

Scently Mobile App License

If you download the Scently Mobile App, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it solely for purchasing Products and managing subscriptions. Reverse engineering, resale, or modification is prohibited.

Referral Program

Referral credits are issued monthly based on subscription tenure, expire monthly, and may not be combined with other promotions. Scently reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.

Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site.

Social Media

Social media interactions are governed by the policies of the applicable platform. For support, contact us at support@scently.cc.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Scently a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it. Prohibited content may be removed at our discretion.

Copyright Infringement Claims

To report copyright or IP infringement, contact us via our Help Center or email support@scently.cc.

Disputes, Arbitration, and Governing Law

Disputes are governed by New Jersey law and resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. By using the Site, you waive the right to jury trial and class actions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Scently’s liability is limited to the greater of $100 or your most recent purchase amount.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Scently harmless from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. Subscription obligations survive termination until the end of the current term.
